QUALITY
All products offered by Republic Metals are guaranteed to meet customer specifications. Republic uses a state of the art analytical process to confirm alloy. This is accomplished with a Spectrolab Spectrometer that is standardized on a daily basis. Fifteen different elements are analyzed to assure that each customer received the alloy specified and to make sure that there are no impurities to interfere with your plating process. Consistency in alloying, whether standard or special order, is guaranteed through this process.
REWORK ANODES
Republic Metals provides a
recycling service to all customers whose anodes can be re-melted, analyzed, alloyed and upgraded as necessary and used to extrude new anodes. The customer receives their own material in the form of
reworked anodes at a considerable cost savings. Republic will also inventory used lead anodes for up to twelve months in order to provide reworked anodes according to the customer's

CAST AND EXTRUDED PRODUCTS
Republic Metals also produces, as an additional service, cast and extruded tin
lead products. From our own manufacturing operation we are capable of providing a wide range of pure tin to pure lead alloys and all combinations in between. We have been involved in
this process for over twenty five years.
